Coordinators and advisers often start at Level 3–5. HR managers and business partners may target Level 7 — check entry criteria on the course page.
Can HR diplomas support a degree?
Level 4–5 HR diplomas can support degree progression where the receiving university accepts your prior learning.
Are HR courses online and assignment-based?
Yes. Programmes are delivered online with assignment assessment and no mandatory campus attendance.
