• Not sharing assessment answers with other students

Violation of academic integrity may result in disciplinary action, including course termination.

LEAP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for:

• Academic integrity violations
• Non-payment of fees
• Providing false or misleading information

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are not available once course materials have been accessed or the course has commenced. Please contact our support team for specific refund inquiries.
